Layers of Regrief by Nisi Ariana was painted after my Mother's passing from Parkinson's after a 5-year battle. There was a shifting of multiple layers simultaneously: grief, relief, and release. An intuitive eye is the heart beating in a cosmos of containment, suspension, intimacy, and detachment.
